HSKRC connects the Alamut knowledge map to three evidence layers: library material, research articles and a traceable source registry.

A starting timeline

1090 CE
Hassan Sabbah seized Alamut; Encyclopaedia Iranica describes this as marking the beginning of what became the Nizari Ismaili state in Persia.
1090–1256
UNESCO describes Alamut as the headquarters of the Nizari Ismaili state.
1256 CE
The fall of Alamut marked the end of its role as the Nizari centre represented by the fortified network.
2026 CE
UNESCO inscribed Alamūt Castle and Related Fortifications on the World Heritage List under criterion (iii).
