HSKRC is an independent digital cultural and research project created for worldwide access. It preserves, organises and connects historical knowledge through a digital library, research articles, source-led knowledge pages, bilingual access and online research tools that can be used from anywhere in the world.

Global reach, with a local connection

HSKRC is designed for readers, researchers, students and communities worldwide. At the same time, the project is being developed in Victoria and can also contribute locally by making cultural and historical knowledge more accessible to diverse communities in and around Greater Dandenong.

HSKRC does not claim impact that has not yet been measured. As the project grows, worldwide usage, community participation, feedback, collaborations and local engagement will be documented here with verifiable evidence.
